At Revival Body Care, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the personal nature of our skincare, body care, and wellness products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, opened or unopened, as we cannot resell returned items.

Refunds, Replacements + Store Credit

If a product arrives misrepresented, defective, or causes an adverse reaction, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nicole@revivalbodycare.com. We may request photos and additional information to review the issue.

Approved cases may be eligible for:

  • Store credit

  • Product replacement

  • Refund to the original payment method

Please note that individual results, sensitivities, and experiences may vary. Refunds and credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Revival Body Care.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

These images are required in order for us to file a claim with USPS. Once approved, damaged items will be replaced.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Preference-related concerns such as scent, texture, or consistency

  • Products purchased more than 30 days prior

  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or final sale items

  • Gift cards
